SnapEntry ("the app", "we", "us") converts photos you take into structured data. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

1. What the app does

SnapEntry uses your device's camera only when you tap the shutter button. The app does not analyze the camera preview in the background, and it does not record video.

2. Information we process

Photos you capture. When you tap Capture, the photo is sent to our servers to be analyzed and converted into the structured fields you've configured (for example, product name, price, or vendor). The photo and the extracted result are then stored on your device so you can view them later in History.
Scenario configuration. The field names, instructions, and any API destination you set up are stored on your device.
Destination data. If you configure an API destination, the extracted result is sent directly to the address you provide. We do not control or store what that third-party endpoint does with the data.

3. What we do not do

We do not require an account, login, or personal profile to use SnapEntry.
We do not sell your photos or extracted data to third parties.
We do not use your photos to train models beyond what is needed to return your extraction result.
The camera is never active or capturing unless you explicitly tap the shutter button.

4. Where data is stored

Your Scenario setups and Capture history — including saved photos and extracted results — are stored locally on your device. Photos submitted for extraction are transmitted securely to our processing service and are not retained by us longer than necessary to return a result to your device.

5. Your choices

You can delete any saved Capture record or an entire Scenario (and its history) directly within the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.

6. Children's privacy

SnapEntry is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
