These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapEntry mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using SnapEntry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the app

SnapEntry lets you capture photos and convert them into structured data based on fields you configure. You are responsible for the content you photograph and for how you use any data the app produces, including data you choose to send to a third-party API destination.

2. Your responsibilities

• You will only use SnapEntry to capture content you have the right to photograph and process.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the fields, instructions, and API destinations you configure.
• You will not use the app to capture or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the privacy of others.

3. Accuracy of results

SnapEntry uses AI to extract structured data from photos. Results may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review the extracted data before relying on it for business, financial, or legal purposes.

4. Third-party destinations

If you configure an API destination, you are solely responsible for the security and correctness of that endpoint. We are not responsible for how a third-party system stores, processes, or secures data sent to it from the app.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by SnapEntry and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app outside of what is permitted by the Apple App Store terms.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Any paid features are billed through your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple's App Store terms. Purchases are subject to Apple's refund and cancellation policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

SnapEntry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapEntry and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
